Pure Citric Acid Food Grade





Citric acid can be found in vegetables, fruits and a variety of other foods it is considered a weak organic acid. The highest concentration can be found naturally in lemons and limes.
It is used for sour flavoring in foods and soft drinks, it is an enhancer of antioxidant activity, however, it is not an antioxidant.  
Citric acid occurs in the metabolism of almost all living things.
